Our Centres

I am writing to let you know that our son will be finishing his time at Discovery at Play.

This decision was not made lightly, as we have greatly appreciated the care, support, and nurturing environment that Discovery at Play has provided for the 2 years.

The dedication of you and your team has made such a positive impact on my son’s growth and development, and we are incredibly grateful for the role you’ve all played in his early years.

We truly value the wonderful experiences and relationships he has formed here.

I would like to admit that since your leadership began, Jasmine, we’ve noticed so many positive changes that have enhanced the quality of care and the overall atmosphere.

These improvements have made a meaningful difference, and we are so thankful for your efforts.

Please let us know if there’s anything we need to complete or organise before his departure.

Thank you again for everything you’ve done for our family. We hope to stay in touch and wish you continued success with the excellent work you do at Discovery at Play.

Both my boys go to Discovery at Play Vasse and we are really happy with it. The Director Lauren is awesome, and the staff are all beautiful with the kids. My youngest is 11 months and has been there for 2 weeks. He’s doing really well, and I get lots of updates throughout the day. My eldest has been there for 2 yeas and he gets really upsent when he can’t go (due to being sick etc) he absolutely loves going.

Once again thank you for everything for what you have all done for our son. He has loved going here and no doubt he will miss his teachers and friends. Thank you 🙂

Our boy at Vasse, has a really close bond with Ash in particular, she is really good with him. All the girls are amazing in there though!

Ash is so good with our daughter. She is constantly talking about Ash at home and how much she loves coming here.

Hi Starr,

I’ve been meaning to send an email thanking your staff for the absolutely amazing job they do looking after My Child. He really enjoys his days there. I love that there is structure and routine, he gets to do fun activities, plays with other children and the staff are just so incredibly caring and attentive.  My Child gets home happy and sometimes worn out (in a good way), which means so much to me. Happy baby = happy Mama. I also feel welcomed, valued and respected as a mother. These things I don’t take for granted because our families aren’t always as loving and supportive as the staff in the babies room. I wanted to particularly commend Rhianna, Zali and Shani. They are so warm and show genuine care for My Child, and also towards me too. I know there are other wonderful staff in the babies room but these 3 are a stand out to me.

I honestly can’t thank the baby ladies enough for how they help our family by looking after My Child.

I just want to drop you an email to express some feed-back on one of your staff members Lily Page.

I think she is absolutely fantastic.  Tatum only goes once a week so I always take care at drop off with instructors and information regarding his needs.  Lily always gives me her full attention and it makes me feel calmer leaving Tatum in care.  She is very professional with parents. She has a great memory to remember each child’s needs. And always replies to messages on OWNA.

I am extremely impressed by her manor with parents & her energy & kindness with the children. She is in the right position. And is a great asset to the centre.

Thank you for the update Starr, we really appreciate how hard you work to ensure communication is always very clear and thorough. 🙂

I was only thinking the other day just how lucky we were to have found you! My girls adore you, and everyone that works at discovery at play. Your centre has brought so much happiness to our family, and so much love to the girls. It honestly is such a wonderful place and the girls thrive there.

Emily and Chloe are so comfortable and feel safe in your centre, and I have always loved that you let them spend time together when they want to – especially last year when they didn’t technically share an outside playground. My dream is for them to always be close so I love that you facilitate that for them/us.

I know you always do the best by the girls, and it brings us comfort everyday knowing they are so so happy 🥰
