I’m incredibly excited to step into the role of Centre Director and become part of this wonderful community. With more than 40 years of experience across early childhood education and government compliance in both Australia and the UK, I have developed a deep appreciation for the importance of connection, collaboration, and genuine care in shaping positive outcomes for children and families.

Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about creating environments where children feel safe, secure, valued, and truly supported. I believe children thrive when they are surrounded by educators who are warm, responsive, and committed to nurturing their individual strengths, interests, and sense of belonging.

As a former CEOP ambassador and facilitator of child protection training across the wider education and care sector, safeguarding children has always been at the heart of my work. I am strongly committed to embedding the highest standards of safety, wellbeing, and professional practice into our daily environment, ensuring families feel confident that their children are cared for in a space that is both nurturing and secure.

I also understand that strong partnerships with families are essential in supporting children to flourish. Open communication, trust, and working together create the foundation for meaningful relationships and positive learning experiences. I look forward to getting to know each child and family, building lasting connections, and working alongside our educators to create a welcoming, inclusive, and high-quality environment where every child can grow with confidence, curiosity, and joy.
